Southwestern Pennsylvania BotsIQ

A workforce development program of the Pittsburgh Chapter NTMF,  Southwestern Pennsylvania BotsIQ (BotsIQ) was created by a consortium driven by local manufacturers to solve its biggest issue: recruiting a skilled workforce for the future. BotsIQ holds a pivotal position as a high school robotics & workforce development program that attracts smart, capable students who love to build things and solve problems.

Since 2005, BotsIQ has remained focused on the importance of attracting, developing, and empowering the next generation of manufacturing and STEM leaders.  To date, over 10,000 BotsIQ students have been introduced to local manufacturers and through the robotics program, been provided opportunities to gain the skills needed to fill gaps in the current labor market.
